This blend of 80% Arabica and 20% Robusta combines beans from Guatemala, Brazil, and India. The robust flavor is rounded off by notes of dark chocolate and fine hazelnut. Suitable for espresso machines, moka pots, and fully automatic machines.
The coffee is reminiscent of the Rosengarten in South Tyrol: powerful yet balanced, like the striking rock massif in the evening sun. The dark chocolate notes reflect the rugged rock walls, while the hint of hazelnut evokes the gentle hills and forests surrounding the valley.
